  • 1 slow cooker (4-5 quart)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless pork (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 15.5 oz cans Great Northern beans (undrained)
  • 1 15.25 oz can sweet corn (undrained)
  • 1 14.75 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 10 oz. can tomatoes with chiles
  • 1 4 oz. can green chiles chopped
  • ½ cup onion (approximately 1 small, chopped)
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken stock

Instructions
 

  • Add pork to the slow cooker.
  • Add all other ingredients to the slow cooker and stir carefully to combine.
  • Cook on HIGH for four hours.
  • Serve and enjoy.
