White Pork Chili
Equipment
- 1 slow cooker (4-5 quart)
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 15.5 oz cans Great Northern beans (undrained)
- 1 15.25 oz can sweet corn (undrained)
- 1 14.75 oz can creamed corn
- 1 10 oz. can tomatoes with chiles
- 1 4 oz. can green chiles chopped
- ½ cup onion (approximately 1 small, chopped)
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Add pork to the slow cooker.
- Add all other ingredients to the slow cooker and stir carefully to combine.
- Cook on HIGH for four hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
