Freezer Ham Sandwiches
An easy way to have a quick hot snack any time from scratch
Ingredients
- 8 hamburger buns
- 8 oz. ham (sliced thinly)
- 8 slices cheese (American or Swiss)
- 8 oz. butter (softened)
- 2 Tbs mustard (Dijon or your choice)
- 1 tsp salt-free herb blend
Instructions
- Combine the softened butter, mustard, and salt-free herb blend.
- Spread the butter over the inside of each hamburger bun.
- Top the bottom of each bun with one ounce of sliced ham.
- Add a slice of cheese and close each bun.
- Wrap each sandwich in foil and freeze.
- To reheat, bake in a 350℉ (180℃) oven for 30-40 minutes if frozen, 15-20 minutes if thawed overnight in the refrigerator.
