Horseradish Sauce

A delicious sauce for ham or ham loaf.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup horseradish (grated and drained)
  • ½ Tbs yellow mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs vinegar
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash paprika
  • ½ cup heavy cream (whipped)

Instructions
 

  • Whip the cream.
  • Mix the other ingredients together.
  • Slowly stir the horseradish mixture into the whipped cream.
  • Chill at least four hours.
