Horseradish Sauce
A delicious sauce for ham or ham loaf.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup horseradish (grated and drained)
- ½ Tbs yellow mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Tbs vinegar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 dash paprika
- ½ cup heavy cream (whipped)
Instructions
- Whip the cream.
- Mix the other ingredients together.
- Slowly stir the horseradish mixture into the whipped cream.
- Chill at least four hours.
