Horseradish Sauce
A delicious sauce for ham or ham loaf.

horseradish
(grated and drained)

Tbs
yellow mustard
¼
tsp
salt

vinegar

pinch
cayenne pepper

paprika

heavy cream
(whipped)
Instructions
Whip the cream.
Mix the other ingredients together.
Slowly stir the horseradish mixture into the whipped cream.
Chill at least four hours.
