Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashews (raw)
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup cilantro (freshly chopped)
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice (Approximately one medium, juiced)

Instructions
 

  • Soak the cashews in water to cover overnight, or at least 12 hours.
  • Drain the cashews and add them a blender.
  • Add all other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
  • Serve over food or with chips.
