Jezebel Sauce
A sauce from the southern United States, perfect for ham, burgers, or even for serving with crackers and cream cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple jelly
- ½ cup pineapple preserves
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- 2 Tbs prepared horseradish
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Blend the first three ingredients with one tablespoon of the horseradish.
- Taste. Add salt and pepper and the additional tablespoon of horseradish if you want.
