milk

Italian seasoning

Parmesan cheese

onion powder

tsp
garlic powder

vegetable oil

tsp
salt
(You can use seasoned salt)

tsp
black pepper
(freshly ground)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃).
Combine the bread crumbs and the milk, and allow the bread crumbs to absorb the milk.
Add all the other ingredients and combine well.
Form into small meatballs, about ½ inch (1.5 cm) in diameter.
Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pan (cast iron is ideal).
When the oil is hot, add a layer of meatballs. Do not add so many that they touch.
Bake in a preheated oven 15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven, flip the meatballs, and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until done.
When done, remove to a paper towel lined plate.
Add the second batch of meatballs to the pan and repeat until all the meatballs are done.
